Interim Management
An external person acting in the position of an internal employee. Thereby this person acts like being internal, takes disciplinary responsibility and is highly involved in daily operative business.
Personal Coaching
Activities guided by a specially trained consultant and participated in by executives or teams. Very often the point is to change mindsets and / or to clear interpersonal conflicts.
Project (SOP)
All activities related to classical consulting with topical orientation. The consultant is mostly free in the way how to execute the project. A clear distinction is given between tasks of the consultant and the client’s tasks.
Project Management
Contrary to the classic project here a resource or a whole team being needed, which operates a project more methodical than technical.
Line support
This assignment type is a mixture of interim management and project. External consultants complete line tasks in environments similar to projects within a time limit. These supporting tasks very often need more operational work than a project and therefore require more skills related to communication and realization.
Study
Assignments which can be done by the service provider on his own responsibility on the basis of well documented task descriptions.
Workshops / Negotiations
This appears mostly for individual consultants with special knowledge in moderation and negotiations combined with high topical and cultural competencies.
Support in development & maintenance
For this assignment IT competencies are required. These are needed for operating or for the incremental further development of the existing software
Project (IT)
This assignment means to develop new individual software or to customize the standard software completely. Depending on the contract type in direct coordination or leadership of the customer or as turnkey solution based on requests aligned before.
