How does NPmarket work

Basic functions

Our system brings together clients and providers as fittingly as possible. During pre-selection our focus is on the anonymity and efficiency. Our transaction-oriented system of compensation ensures the seriousness of requests and applications.

An automatic scoring system determines the rate of matching between requests and service providers' profiles. The creation of requests and / or profiles is assisted by a form which is structured utmost and nearly works without free texts.

Providers who meet the requirements will be informed by the system and can apply for the assignment if interested. The client will be enabled to view the anonymous profiles. The contact details of both sides will be uncovered when the application is accepted. Only then a transaction fee becomes due.

All participants have to pass the registration. This includes data about the company and the person (main user). Furthermore service providers have the possibility to submit a detailed profile.

Creating a request
By clicking NEW REQUEST our online assistant will support you creating a new and customized request. In the end our pre-scoring system evaluates appropriate service providers.

All criteria can be changed before saving finally. The scoring mechanism will be initiated with the final saving. Then appropriate service providers will be informed anonymously via e-mail.

Application
With the detailed request the service provider is able to examine whether the conditions appear attractive to him and if resources are available. It is possible that within the binding application some additional questions have to be answered. These were defined in the client’s request (e.g. the amount of daily rate).

Accepting applications (= exchange of contact data)
Via his portal the client can view the status of his requests and can also be informed about new applications. He can initiate the exchange of contact data for further negotiations / interviews with one or several applicants.

Pricing structure
NPmarket abstains from registration fees and commissions, it charges costs only for services delivered. A glance at the fees for our servives you can get at: Preisliste für Berater and Preisliste für Unternehmen (at the monent only in german language).

If client and service provider com to a contractual agreement for the delivery of consulting services, the service provider is liable to pay NPS a commission in the form of 10 per cent of the daily rates for the whole duration of the contract. This percentage does not incur travel and expenses, these will be extracted calculatively as far as "all in" daily rates are concerned. If the service provider contracts any follow-up orders with the same client or an affiliate company the said commission liability prolongs itself up to the duration of two years dated from the beginnng of the original contract.

If the steering of a selection process or NPmarket's support with the definition and phrasing of a request is required NPmarket will prepare an individual offer.

Certain service providers, particularly individual enterprises and freelancers without sufficient internet background information, will have to be validated by NPmarket before they are enabled to participate in the system. They will be charged a validation fee of EUR 200,- for this service, the fee for participants outside of Germany may be higher. The respective user will be informed about this separately before the validation process starts.
